Exceptions / non-returnable items

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Pre-orders
Preorders must be paid in full for at time of purchase.
Preorders cannot be cancelled within 7 days of release. You may request a cancellation of a preorder by contacting us. We will credit the return to your original method of payment. Preorder cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Card Singles
All sales are final on TCG single sales, instore and online. NO returns. NO exceptions.
Tournaments
Tournament fees will not be refunded less than seven days before the start of the event.
