Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

In-Store Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 645 King St East, Cambridge ON, N3H 3N7. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 4 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are the same as our store hours. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

Return Policy

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount, minus the shipping costs for the return.

No returns on TCG Singles. No exceptions.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at cardsandchords@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Online Sales Returns

Should you decide you do not want a product within 14 days of delivery or pick-up we will gladly offer a refund upon return of the product less any shipping costs incurred to us as well as any transaction fees incurred (whether free shipping or flat rate). The product must be in original condition, unopened and must arrive to us in that same condition. You will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return. We do not accept returns on Trading Card Game singles, Trading Card Game sealed product, Sports Card products, Clearance items or Randomized Items such Blind Boxes/Bundles.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

PreOrders

To secure your purchase, preorders require full payment upfront in full.

In the event that a product undergoes price changes before a decided payment date, customers are expected to pay the price that the product was at the time they placed their order.

If payment is not completed on time, the preorder will be canceled.

Shipping will occur once the product is in stock and ready to ship. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location.

All sales on preordered singles are to be considered final.

The 15% restocking fee will apply if preorders are cancelled.
